It's been years since the universe had seen the great Paladins of Voltron in battle. Years since those paladins have seen the lions. The universe was saved, so the lions left. Until now. The paladins are older now, and each have their own families. Hunk and Shay decided to settle down, and had a son named Erik. He looked a lot like Hunk, but was very Bulmeran. Shiro met an alien named Hel while on a special mission. The two fell in love and had a baby boy named Kade. Kade had black messy hair, and dark skin like Hel. Pidge didn't end up having any kids, but Matt on the other hand had a daughter named Evelyn. Evelyn was a lot like the siblings, with the same Gunderson charm. Lance settled down with Allura, and had a daughter named Isla. Isla looked very much like Allura, but with Lances brown hair and a strange condition with her skin tone. She ended up with a very light skin tone, due to a strange Altean occurrence. When no Altean father is present, the child takes the skin tone of the closest Altean male. Since that was Coran, Isla ended up with lighter skin, but Lance and Allura had no problems with it. Some time after Allura had passed away, Lance and Keith realized they had feelings for each other. They soon adopted a daughter named Abbey. Abbey had been through a lot regarding families, so she wasn't fond of siblings. Soon enough though, her and Isla became great friends. Even though Pidge had no children, all the kids thought of her as the cool aunt. They were all friends, and hung out quite often. This is the story of the Voltron Descendants. (This is a story me and my friends are writing. The new characters are OC's of ours, and we wanted to do something with them. In this universe, Allura made it past the final battle, but passed away when Isla was young. All of the kids are fairly smart since Pidge educated them, but a few are more impulsive than others.)

The Dark Crystal , de junpiterr

In a world, a long, long time ago, lived a crystal. The lands flourished and bloomed until the crystal cracked, the shard lost to time. There came two races with the crystal cracked, the Skeksis and the Mystics. With both races dying, only one could save them. His name was Keith, the last known living Gelfling. He was the chosen one. And he has no clue. NOTE: This takes place in the Dark Crystal universe but still has my own twists to it. I'm basing this story solely off the movie and my own imagination. A few tidbits of knowledge that would make this story make a lil more since are: -This one-shot is only based off the movie, not the comics nor the upcoming (as of 2019) show. -All of the species named here (Gelfling, Skeksis, Mystics, Podlings) are all more humanoid than what is canon in the Dark Crystal movie but you can still image them as you wish. -The Skeksis are the Galra. (The Mystics AREN'T the Alteans though.) Image the Skeksis as more Galra-like or more Skeksis-like, do what fits your imagination. DISCLAIMER: I do not own any of the Dark Crystal (nor do I own Voltron), which includes the cover art and many aspects of the story, nor do I own any characters used in this story. Lance always gets the short end of a stick in the team. He works the hardest, always pushing his limits and trying to succeed every day. The only issue is that no one sees what Lance does and only pays attention to his failures. Since he wasn't able to attach the spy bug Pidge created, the team had the "bright idea" of discussing the replacement of Lance without him. Lance found out and was done with being a paladin of Voltron, but then Lotor came into the picture. Will Lotor Value lance? Will Lance leave Voltron? Will Voltron fall apart? Lol, first Klance! Hope you all enjoy! Keith has been haunted since he fought with the Druid. His hand... It just healed... That wasn't a normal thing. Then Zarkon... The emperor told Keith he fought similar to his Galran soldiers. That had honestly scared him. So when the paladins are reunited after being spread throughout space, he tries to hide his insecurities and fears and pain. However, he can't hide it for long. And he never thought Lance could actually smile so kindly, let alone smile at him. I do not own Voltron: Legendary Defenders or the characters!!! I also do not own any pictures used.

Lance is fed up. In all his years, he has only known life inside the Castle of Lions. As he described it, a prison cell disguised as an extravagant home for the royal. He longs to get away, but his newly crowned sister, Allura, won't have it. So, against her younger brother's wishes, she hires a bodyguard to keep him 'safe' inside the castle. But, the new guard turns out to be... odd. Not quite Altean, not quite Galran. Compared to Lance and the rest of the empire, one could say Keith has many strange differences. *** "So..."
