Have you ever thought of what it'd be like in a world where people could wield magic in the form of earthly elements? Fire? Lightning? Air? Water? Ice? Etcetera? In this story, it'll explore the aspects of torture and escape from a prison that you could not escape from before. Mystic, our main character, was celebrating her birthday party quietly without much of a crowd or an audience around other than her parents as she didn't really have friends at her age, none who knew about her house at least. Later on, that afternoon, after everything was said and done and the sun was going to start setting, an ancient enemy from decades ago, born thousands of years ago even, shows up at their front doorstep. The father of Mystic tried to fend off and defeat the foe but failed miserably as he had to bear witness to his wife Ace's demise, being killed soon after her with a sword through the stomach, and as the two bleed out and die, Mystic gets knocked out and wakes up in an unfamiliar place, a prison of a torturous cycle and feeling like she has eyes on her wherever she goes in this building she's forced to be kept in. How will she survive? Will she make it long enough to break out or will she break down and end her own life with a makeshift knife? It's a never-ending journey for survival and climbing out of the gates of hell, and it's up to Mystic as to whether or not she survives.

Kala had always thought of herself as normal, but when the world ended, cleansed by a power most would fail to understand, she realized she was far from normal. That day, Kala awoke in a fog surrounded by a nothingness that permeated every pore of her body. The only sounds she could hear were her own ragged breaths in the vast and empty darkness. When the light finally returned, she found herself utterly alone and suddenly part of a struggle much bigger than she'd ever thought possible. With that struggle came something else...power. Power to control the elements. Power the likes of which she had only seen in movies or read about in books. Despite her disbelief, it remained...right there in the palms of her hands. Eventually Kala learned to use her power as it was intended. As she wandered the new world, she met others like herself, other Servants with similar abilities who understood the reason for the destruction...for the loss. And then, six years after her world turned upside down, she met him. A handsome stranger in a tiny town in the middle of the West Virginia woods - not a Servant - not like her. And certainly not the type of man Kala had expected to find herself falling for. But the man she met there turned out to be more than just a hero in her time of need. At her side, he would become a protector, leader, confidant, and so much more. Together, they would find themselves fighting a growing evil...a man like Kala, who had been granted power beyond words or description. He might have been a good man once, but his fall was nearly complete. And now he desired only to rule - not to heal. This man would lead a small army against them, but they wouldn't have to fight alone. There was another, more powerful force on their side...one that could change the course of the war to come.

The ancient enemy who seemingly hid away after his fight with Mystic's father, Salvador, came knocking at his front door, and unfortunate for Salvador, most of his power was sapped by Mystic on accident due to something his father forgot to tell him about. In the heart of the ancient Amazon, two siblings are bound by a magical legacy and a solemn vow. Sam, the young heir to the Dark Wolf Pack, is his sister's sworn shield. Luna, blessed with the vast, untamed power of the rainforest itself, is his reason for living. But their world is shattered in a single night of betrayal when Sam's body is stolen by his master, the dark magician Lightning, and forced to commit an unspeakable act that destroys their family and leaves Luna for dead. Years later, Luna lives a fractured life in Ireland, hiding her magic and healing her trauma with the help of a found family of fellow shifters-a leopard, a snake, a rabbit, and a mysterious crocodile bodyguard named Luca, who carries a secret connection to her past. Just as she begins to trust and love again, a storm from her past returns. Sam, scarred in body and soul from years of torture and imprisonment, risks everything to escape and clear his name. He must confront his former master in a final, magical duel to prove his innocence to the sister who believes he betrayed her. But just as they reclaim their bond, a more insidious enemy strikes from within: a terminal illness. This is a story of fierce love that defies darkness, of a brother and sister fighting to rewrite a tragic destiny. It's a tale where ancient magic clashes in epic battles, but the most profound war is fought against a fate that threatens to steal their future before it even begins. "Eclipse of the Dark Wolf" is an unforgettable saga of magic, sacrifice, and the unbreakable bonds of family, asking a heartbreaking question: How do you hold on to light when the universe itself seems determined to extinguish it?

'4 Tribes, 4 Times we are used, 4 times we are separated for someone's thoughts on how this should be, and you wonder- was it always like this?' Four different tribes, based off of the four elements, have always been separate. Different rules, different royalty, different religions, different looks, different traditions, and different abilities embedded into each tribe. It's what make each one unique from the other. However, now, innocent kids are being thrown out of their tribe-disowned by their families; outcasted. One by one, each are no longer getting their 'correct' ability, and are removed by force- it feels unavoidable. A group of 8 unique kids, each coming from their own background, have been pushed together after being removed from their tribe. Driven by an urge to find out what is causing this mess- and a hate towards their rulers -the small group pushes on, unsure if they will succeed. Even with all they have been put through, some are still weary of four different tribes being together. Maybe this was meant to be? o° --- If you have read Paws in Talons, you will know that this is remake, using a little inspiration from what we wrote about a year ago from now. However, with many differences, including the abilities, romance, tribes, characters, and more ~For the general audience ~If you're squeamish over blood and death, wouldn't recommend ~This will be posted on Echo and Ripple's accounts We hope you enjoy! <33 -This book is bound to be written all the way throughout the entire thing, so this part is just i don't know. ~~~ NOTE: This book is not a fanfic, nor does it have any relation to "The Last Airbender" or "Legends of Korra". We definitely do see how it can be related to that, but we did not intend for that to be the outcome. Thank you!

This story begins in the country of Britannia. A country where several certain races live with one another. And at the center of these races stood a girl. A beautiful girl with wild molten hair and eyes that reflected the universe. She was the creation of love and the child of wilderness. She was someone full of wisdom, wisdom she had gathered from centuries of experience. Many don't know how she was born, some saying that she was the daughter of the blazing sun while others say that she was born from ashes during an alluring eclipse. The name they called her? Malaika Kya. Angel from the diamond sky. For eons she wandered, visiting many kingdoms and gaining many friends. She battled battles that many would have died from, protecting those she holds dear. Slowly, her family began to grow. Person by person, home by home, kingdom by kingdom. Her heart spreading the biggest of wings. But then it happened. The one she loved most was attacked, almost dying because of someone's idiocy. And so she fought. She fought for her dying family, soon gaining the powers of the internal flame buried deep inside her. Screeching her painful cry, she fought in her new form with all her might. But it wasn't enough as it's hand sprouted from her body. Tears fell from the eyes of her lover, his eyes wide as he watched her body wither in pain. Hey dark eye were gentle a she watched his physical pain disappear, his wounds sealed shut as he snatched her closer one more time. Softly she apologized, saying words she wanted so badly to say before sealing their goodbye with a kiss. After one last smile, she disappeared into the fire below, her body dissipating into the molten flames as her words echoed into the soundless wind. "Mind telling me about that promise again?"

In the beginning, there was nothing. Just a vast void of nothing. All consuming darkness. And then there was cold. Ice. The ice spread from the core of the earth to everything until the world was formed. And then there was heat. For a while there was war between heat and ice. They fought for dominion over the world. Ice was the first and believed it was to be in charge. Heat supported more life and believed it should be allowed to rule. Eventually, when both almost destroyed the world Ice had created, they decided to merge and rule together, to release both their powers over the world and create life. They did that and then they went to sleep, dormant in the village of Azarath, the village where the first witches were born. The village where it all began. ******************** "What am I? I'm not human as we all thought, that's for sure. I'm not a witch, I can't cast a spell to save my life! I'm not a vampire as the absence of the speed and fangs indicate. I'm not a werewolf as my remaining on two legs every full moon proves so what am I?" Kat shouted to the winds as they roared around her in the clearing she stood in. "Aren't you gonna answer me?!" she asked again, tears rolling out of her eyes as she began to rise above the ground, the power inside her threatening to overwhelm her. "You are nothing and you are everything" the reply finally came, silent but still able to be heard above the fierce winds. And then all of a sudden there was silence. There was nothing. ******************* This is book 1 of The Destined Five series. The other books can be found on my profile.
