Two weeks after James and his pregnant wife are knocked into a coma by a freak accident, only James awakens but into a personal hell: a decaying world plagued by a faceless wraith, where time doesn't seem to make sense and reality may not be what it seems.

The five survivors retreat to the cavernous network beneath the ground seeking safety, but they soon come to a terrible discovery. These caves aren't ordinary caves, and they are no safer down under than they were on the surface.
