America wasn't sure what it was about his boyfriend, but he gave him such a strange feeling. Then again, America wasn't going to bring it up, because the two were together after years of Poland crushing on him. America is downright scared to be around Russia, how is he supposed to ask him out? He can't run away, Poland would either kill him or force him to ask Russia out.
