Kadia's life was going well for her being the youngest of three and the only girl. She was also the daughter to two powerful heroes Red Riot and DynaMight as she grew up she watched her brothers gain their quirks, each one possessing one of their father's quirks, but when Kadia came of age when quirks started to show and never showed her quirk. Her father Katsuki didn't want to have  his own child be quirk-less so he disowned her as his own child at the age of 13. For the longest time she lived on her own until the League of Villains saw something in her that her father didn't see and over five years she learned about her quirk and how powerful it actually was and to prove that she had the right to be called the number one villain and was ready to show the new heroes what they will be facing off again and for the first time in five years she felt defeated until she heard an old nickname from her childhood. How could a sweet childhood lead to a path of villainy?
