Ethel was orphaned at a young age. With no one to love and nowhere to go, Ethel felt empty, alone, just an empty bucket rendered useless by holes. A few years pass, and we see this whole different person in her place. The Robotex War definitely did a number on her. They were the reason she was alone, and now she wants to collect what they owe her.

A scientist staging a prison break steals both a ship and the android to be its pilot, hoping to escape the claws of capitalism. An opportunity to do just that is presented when the mismatched crew is presented with a task: rescue the kidnapped daughter of a black-market salesman and be granted safe passage to a planet without a single MBC colony to bother them. Even though making deals with thieves is generally regarded as a bad idea, there doesn't really seem to be a choice for these wayward souls. To get everything back to normal again. Around those cities are small villages were the poor lives. The people who are barely surviving. The major city is called Alancia and that is were Victoria lives. Her father use to be the Leader of Alancia along side with his wife and brother. Until one day his brother killed him in cold blood and locked Victoria up in a cell. When she turned 18 she was offered a deal. Each year Alancia holds a fighting tournament for public display. The biggest and the baddest fight in this tournament and barely make it out alive. She has to fight in this tournament and if she won she had her freedom back. If she lost she would loose her freedom once again. Victoria knows she can't pass up this opportunity up. Even though she would be reminiscing old memories And meeting someone who can ruin it all Whatever the cost is she is willing to fight. No one really knew how X's came to be. One day there weren't any, the next day half the population was wiped out. All Karma knew was that they are technological monsters, fit to be the world's biggest weapon, after the splitting particle ray which could reduce any person into air particles in a millisecond. Karma realised how simple it would be to destroy an army even with one X. They were practically indestructible, perfect killing machines, only they'd turned on the government, apparently. Or maybe those bastards had escaped perfectly unharmed, watching how the country was being destroyed. Maybe it was an excuse for overpopulation. xx-xx Karma has been trying to survive for over a year, but it's difficult when X's, mechanical killing machines, roam the streets, hungry for human flesh. Every day that passes by without finding a portal brings the morale lower. They need to escape the country before they all end up dead. It doesn't help that the X's have changed their tactics and are now manipulating people to commit suicide.
