After the league got captured while they worked to save Dabi, the heroes got an idea. A controversial one. The "Reform Program" was put in place so that the villains, tortured souls with bad pasts, could pay for their crimes without prison time, and so that they could heal and clean up their act. The students are worried about having the whole league living at their school, while the league is annoyed at all their pasts and trauma being drilled at my therapists, students, and teachers. They don't want to be good. They want to be villains. Meanwhile, the world deals with the fact that even villains have hearts, and heroes have to face their faults on how THEY have wronged the villains themselves.
(( dark themes such as suicide mentions, sexual harassment mentions, abuse and etc. Will be included in this story. ))

When the beloved Pro hero Hawks, went missing after a video went viral on the internet of him fighting a new Nomu, tensions rise within the Hero's to take the blame. With no knowledge of his location or conditions, the hero's begin turning on each other. With the League of Villains seeming to always be one step ahead of them, their guilt seems to constantly trip the hero's up. Only when their guilt is aside will they be able to find Hawks, or will some miracle happen? Dabi chose to do one thing a villain should never do, release their prisoner. The two males begin to fall apart with out the other and are soon forced into hiding until the mess they created blows over. WARNING:!!! One Shot
This is a spin-off series based on an OC of mine that I used, to rp with some friends on the Total Drama Amino. To give you some context as to what happened, basically, Jay(the OC) became a "reaper" and collects souls for the grim reaper(Parker, another OC of mine. He is the son of the grim reaper, and in this story, he has already taken the thrown and has become the new grim reaper), who is a friend of his. The story is about a girl who is killed be evil angels(they are called the "Angels Of Death") disguised as humans, and when she arrives at the ghost world, she finds Jay(the main character), who will help her take down the "Angels Of Death" with the help of some friends. Also, be aware that not only is this spin-off called One Shot, but it is also a One-Shot, so don't expect some type of sequel if you like the story. The police want to send them to jail (duh) but nezu is like "AHHHHH hell nah!" and sends them to the new 'UA Villain Rehab program' where villains from ages 14-17 get to turn their life around and avoid jail!
