Poetry is a beautiful way for self-expression, allowing me to share my thoughts and emotions in a powerful and captivating way. Whether through rhyme or metaphor, poetry offers a unique and endlessly rewarding way to explore the human experience.
Introspection: Poems by a Ruminator
When hardship is experienced, it is only human of us to think on the past. Sometimes though, we end up in a cycle of rumination, reliving events that cannot be changed; we become depressed in our memories. Writing can be therapeutic, so here is a collection of poetry exploring a range of sad and confronting memories. By sharing these poems, I hope to not only further my journey towards peace with the past but to connect with others out there who may be feeling the same way.
