Everything is going well... you are set to be married to Captain America and you are a member of the avengers.

Your life is amazing... until Steve starts becoming distant and you start to realise what he has been saying isn't 100% true. 

You find him trying to track you....

Then he leaves for a mission. A top secret mission that apparently no one knows anything about. So you do what he thought was okay, you give him the tracker and follow him to the bunker in Siberia.

Then as you were reaching the door you walked in with, and you spotted the discarded shield. You couldn't help feel the warm return of the tears in your eyes. You tried to blink them away and get over yourself, but Tony noticed. He tubbed your arm trying to comfort you, and you stopped. You gazed down at the ring given to you by Steve all those months ago. 


You went to ring, and  move it around in circles  around your finger. Then you looked back at the discarded shield. In one swift movement, you took of the ring and stared at it in your palm. 

" he doesn't deserve you you know." Tony said. Blood dripping from his nose. 

" no , no he doesn't"

Once I've gone through most of it I stop and toss it in the dust behind me. Reading it was useless. I wasn't made to be any sort of hero. I DO NOT OWN THE AVENGERS.
