The whistler

Nevaeh Florence has just moved to a new neighborhood, but was unaware of the dark and twisted urban legends that grew up there. She heard some stories about the creature and read some articals about the supposed tragedies that happened due to him, but never believed them until one day she saw the creature for herself, and heard his fowl hair raising whistle through the fogs.
