Warren Solano, an officer at the F.R.A, a law enforcement agency that split the whole island into two after rising up and pushing police out of half of the land. He works for his father, the CEO of the F.R.A, even after his shady past. However, even though he resents his father for his childhood, he works for him with loyalty in his bones. One day, while on duty, he is taken under the wing of a serial killer. Unwillingly, he finds himself betraying his father and working with the serial killer to remove the F.R.A from the island permanently. Now Warren stresses to find the answers to his many questions, will he find them?

Astren City, and all surrounding area, have the highest crime rate in the northern part of the country.
