Ben saved a child that will gonna hit by a truck.
Although, he managed to save the life of that little girl. He was the one who got hit and blown eight meters away with broken bones.
Even though he's so fortunate that it did not kill him,
it still left him in a comatose.
While his souls separate from his body an all-white figured appear, he wasn't able to see neither the face nor everything, it just a bright human figure.
Telling him that his action was not on the plan. The little girl would still survive, the truck will stop one inch on the little girl's position.
He should be back with his body, however, there's a problem happened, he was sent into a fourteen-year-old boy in a different world, a world of martial arts, monsters, demons, beast, and anything that's unexplained.
The white figure advised him that there's a problem that occurs, he needs to live now with a new identity and gifted him Leveling up System.

In an alternate timeline, the human race found a way to create superpowers. By extracting energy from stars and inserting that energy into humans, 'powers' were created. Of course, with the introduction of something so revolutionary, people rose up in the hundreds of thousands in an event known as the Great Rebellion. The insurgents banded together under a single banner and became collectively known as the Shadow, marking the beginning of the Cosmic Wars. Out of the darkness, the Gazers were born. Using what remained of the power technology, the Gazers singlehandedly perished the evil and ended the conflict. However, there was a price to pay. Powers put a toll on the human body and had serious mental and physical repercussions. The solution was to recruit children from the age of 13 to 18 and train them so their bodies would adapt to their powers, eventually becoming immune to all negative side effects. The end of the Cosmic Wars brought forth a new age of peace and prosperity that the world had never seen before. However, the long reign of the Gazers has already begun to crumble, cracks showing up within the very thread of society. Their rule will not last for much longer. The Shadow will rise once again. There were nomore monsters, but the ashes in their places. Xerxis was the only villain that hadn't caught fire and her corpse lay unharmed by anything but the sword. With smokes wafting from the ashes and the tent that had caught fire, the place was stuffed with smokey mist now. Alien found it difficult to breathe in there. I don't know if I died or not, but the moment I regained my consciousness, I was already standing on a field full of grass and surrounded by trees. "W-what is that...?" A screen was floating in front of me. 「 Welcome, new adventurer! 」 "Adventur...rer?" But..... I'm so small! My body is the size of a 9 year old kid! And I don't even know what the hell happened to me. After I read some information on the screen, I was amazed that the world I was in was like a VRMMORPG. Magic exists and so does the level. "Huh?" "He will be." she said before stand and walk to a well. The boy were born as a normal human. There is no easy way for him to be a magician. he has no mana in him. Or that's what everyone expect from him. Writer: "Hey, that's enough reminiscing about your past. it's the story description section. Not the story yet!" Nakajima: "Fine. I will start with the description." Writer: " good. get back to work." 13 Land Under Holy Crystal Blessing, as the name suggest, It was about a holy crystal that blessed a land. like a mainland or somesort. So... Writer: "is that really the right way to make a description?" Nakajima: *sigh* There is a mainland with 13 state under a flag named Melloyern. These all 13 state have it's very own holy crystal that bless the state individually. But, the crystal contains powerful amount of mana that makes every single person in Melloyern going for it. A group of magician called Denials were up to collect all of the crystal to keep them safe from wrong hands. There is a lot of hindrance in their path such as the Kingdom of Melloyern itself is turning against these guys. Still there are more. Can they survive? it's up to them to decide. Identity crisis? What's that? ---- An earthling's soul was born into an incompatible, human body. Their muscles misbehaved, their skin and body felt like a rigid shell, and their weak constitution left little options for any activities outside of paperwork, books and anything on a screen at home. Then the divine beings tried to correct the mistake and removed the mismatched soul from its unfitting body, slinging it to a distant world with a new body to control. The human flesh-prison replaced with the unlimited options of a shapeshifter, the soul has now a magic-filled world to explore. Grow fur for a mountain hike, grow gills and fins for a deep dive. It's time to catch up on decades worth of missed travels and activities. But who wants to deal with the flesh-craving predators called shapeshifters? Another global purge could start, if the freshly transferred soul shows its abilities too much. ---- The rankings are a mystery to me - especially after this story made it to No. 1 under the shapeshifter tag (and others).
