Anastasia Nikolaevna Romanova is the fourth child of the Russian Tsar Nicholas. But at 16, she has few privileges past those of other girls her age. Her family is apathetic to her emotions, with the exception of her older sister Maria. Alexei, the crown prince, lives in constant fear of bleeding to death, as hemophilia takes the last male heir to the Romanov dynasty.

Meanwhile, the Bolsheviks have been gaining power, and their secret soldiers are posted everywhere in Moscow. Too many young men are drafted into this secret army, offered only the alternative of death. Things reach a boiling point when the royal family is put under house arrest by the Bolshevik Cheka. Rumors are flying around the palace. There is talk of a "final blow", and Anastasia's whole world is about to be turned upside down.

Suddenly Princess

40 parts Complete

AnnaMaria Romanoff grows up with an adoptive family, thinking that her biological parents were working class citizens of the country of Chirnova, who died tragically in a car crash when she was just a year old. It's her senior year in high school now, and in the two weeks before her 18th birthday her life will change forever. She thought it would be tough getting through her senior year without a boyfriend. Now, she'll find out how hard it is to survive the year with a fiance... who happens to be the Crown Prince of Vladesvya. Not to mention, she's actually a Crown Princess herself, who has been engaged to the Crown Prince since she was a baby. Is this the Prince that Anna has been dreaming about since she was a little girl? Is this her fairytale or her worst nightmare? Either way, before she can go back to her home safely and claim her throne she will have to face major obstacles. First on the list are the people that tried to murder her as a baby. Then, hopefully, she can make it to her wedding day without being shot and killed first. In this royally ridiculous story of arranged marriages, assassinations and protesting countries... controversy is an understatement. Anna, a small town girl with no ambitions aside from becoming a doctor, will have to face her past and come to terms with her future. Follow her on her journey from being normal to suddenly being a princess. NickiCatherine © 2012
