Prince Vladimir, a young vampire prince was curse a sleep like death by a vengeful witch who saw no love in his arrogant heart for others. Four year later Maksim, an old farmer from a nearby village, was on his way home when he gets attacks, but he gets saved from freezing to death. For Maksim's life being saved he has to bring his one and only child to the castle in 8 days as a payment. His daughter Alina, a bookworm who dreams of life outside of her provincial village, accepts the deal with a promise that she'll remain in the castle forever.         

In the beginning Alina views him as nothing more than a blood sucking demon, and Vlad views her as a difficult and stubborn, but the two soon will taste the bitter-sweetness of finding you can change and learning you were wrong.
