31 Days of Stories
This month (July 2024) I will write a short story/ one shot every day of the month. Some will be writing prompts from Pinterest, some may be fanfictions, and some will be short stories with the Bible. I don't know where this will end up. In a dystopian society where people are discriminated by their social status, Adrastea Bones is merely a healer with a knack for inventing antidotes for fatal poisons. When the leader of the rebellion, Rhydderch Thomas, finds out about Adrastea's skill, he persuades her to his cause, despite her originally wanting to stay out of the fray. It doesn't help that Rhydderch is her soulmate due to the words on their skin. Never had she entertained the thought of finding hers, let alone the fact that he didn't seem to mind her being his that much. Universe of Soulmates
This is a collection of short stories centered around soulmates. Each story has its own characters, with their own conflicts, romances, hopes, and dreams. Although these stories are in no way connected to each other, I'm hoping I can touch on a little bit of everyone's worlds--from heterosexual relationships to transgender people to non-binary gender identification and everything in between (bear with me, I will do my best to research these and if something is wrong let me know because I want to understand other people's worlds). Her breathing was heavy as he looked at her as if she were meek prey ready to be eaten. "Yes, are you?" He asked teasingly. "This is your dream, your fantasy. You get to decide how it goes" he told her, whispering Huskily into her right ear. Eda looked up at him and sighed. "Shadow, I don't think... It's a good idea" "You're drunk, and I'm-" he stopped her with a heavy kiss on her lips. She almost cried feeling his hands wrap around her like that. "I haven't had any alcohol tonight," he said, watching her eyes widen with a smirk. _______________________ With her broken heart, she watched as her High school Crush confessed to another girl. She'd refused to ever find love again believing they were her soul mate and they'd eventually come to love her. Only to watch them propose to the same girl 3 years later. Can someone save her before she breaks? Or will she never love of live again?

Choosing her cost me everything I'd ever loved... including her. I had everything a guy could ask for, a loving family, the perfect small-town life, and a promising future I had worked hard for. She uses a Ouija board to try and contact them. But it's not her family that she reaches... "Is anyone there?" The eye moved to the 'Yes' " Are you my mother?" It goes to the 'No' very quickly. "Are you my father?" It goes to the 'No' "Then are you my brother....?" I trail off. This is scaring me. It slowly goes to the 'No.' "Then... Who are you? Read to find out more.
