Each night, he secretly begs for a change, just a change in his awful life. When a new, strange girl appears at his school, he gets his wish. But is this change for better or worse? Jade will keep Prism safe and finish his objective at all costs. However, his objective seems anything but simple, especially when it means they must hide among humans, the cause of all his misfortune. And with Prism's sudden collapses and her struggles to remember her past, his problems and worries only seem to grow. But failure is not an option. He will fulfill their objective and nothing will get in his way.
