"Why are you always so closed off, Eva? You don't let anyone in, not even those who want to help you!" Alex shouted. Eva wrenched her arm away from his grasp, hot tears blurring her vision. She wiped them away angrily. "It's none of your business," she seethed. "Just leave me alone." She began walking away, but was stopped by his next words. "I know about her." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Sixteen-year-old Eva Collins lived in an orphanage for ten years until she was finally adopted by a nice, loving family she had always dreamed of. She was set on achieving her dream of becoming an author, refusing to look back to her shadowed, tormented past. When she meets the kind, yet infuriating Alexander Williams, could she keep her dark secrets from him? Especially when he seems intent on uncovering them? ---------------------------------------------------------- Note: This book is not supposed to be sad/depressing although the description makes it sound like a sob-story. It's supposed to be teen fiction so it won't be too sad, don't worry.

{{Believe in the unimaginable when it comes to love.}} Jane was just an ordinary girl when one day everything came crushing down her life. She lost her father at a very young age and had to see her mother remarry another man. But just when she thought things were going to be fine, a new family moves in right next door. She is not only intrigued about this new family, but what caught her attention was their son; Alexander. It all seemed like a dream to her when he first call her name and when he was the first one to be there for her whenever she felt sad. For once, Jane felt like she could trust anyone without feeling sad, but she couldn’t help but to feel that there was something else that Alexander was keeping from her. Will she ever trust him again after she finds out his true identity? Or when he tells her that he is in love with her?
