akio and the ruthless

Before Akio became Akio to all, he was once Akihiro to a particular girl. It was funny how the four syllables would roll out her tongue like it was some sort of benediction.

Her name was Minea, and Akio hoped he soon found out that she streamed seamlessly like the river before the stars fell to bury earth in sins and emeralds because when she left, Minea took a huge part of him too.

And nothing has been the same ever since.
