Sixteen year old Kelsi Alea Quinn is the daughter of a coke-loving mother who goes by the name of Angelita Gomez and a big-time, well-known drug dealer of a father named Mekai Quinn. Kelsi has been in protective custody since she was eight years old because Mekai got sentenced to ten years in prison and Angelita was too doped up to take care of her.
