Ruthie is a normal girl with normal problems or she was. She went from top of her game to the lowest of lows when she got into an accident with a bunch of her friends. She was the lone survivor. During her stays at hospital after hospital, she turned to one person, JsckSepticEye. His message of PMA and more got her through the rough times in her life when she felt like giving up.
One day she wheeled into the PAX East and little did she know that she caught the eyes of her idol. Jacksepticeye noticed the pink haired fan and wad in awe of the confidence that she held herself with, little did he know it was because of him.
During his panel he walked around greeting his fans and he found Ruthie merely hidden among the rest of the fans blocking her view. He pointed to her and asked to join him on the stage. She ultimately agreed because she would be crazy not too.
The panel was the beginning of their story and how Jacksepticeye learned that he saved Ruthie's life.
