A place they had to flee to after the Crassus family the leading family of the supernatural world burned the United States Capital to a pile of ash, as revenge for the CIA killing the Crassus family's 19yr old grandson Eric by cutting off his head and leaving it on the family castle's doorstep, because he wasn't technically in their mind human. The Crassus family headed by Ignatius Crassus has come to grips with what they did twenty years ago in the wake of a loss of one of their own  but the rest of the world has not and it has to come to grips with their role in their world. what will happen when Drake and Eric collide,  and what will happen when loss once again strikes the Crassus family?
