When the Uglydolls beat Lou they began to disrespect him. Lou, having had enough of being a janitor and having to see all the imperfect dolls in what used to be his empire, now decided that he wants to leave Imperfection and decides to try and go through the portal to the Big World.
He then realizes that the factory lied to him and he leaves Imperfection to be with his kid.
