Luego de ver el último capítulo de la tercera temporada de su serie favorita, Matilda está devastada. No puede creer que las cosas hayan terminado así, que los protagonistas no hayan terminado juntos después de tres ¡tres! temporadas.
No quiere esperar la cuarta, está harta. Está cansada y harta y... de repente los puede ver. Está ahí. En un París extraño e imposible.
Matilda se ha decido, si las cosas no terminan para Adrien y Marinette como ella quiere, va a encargarse de solucionarlo todo. Es hora de cambiar las reglas del juego.

Marinette would've remained frozen in her spot if it weren't for the surrounding crowd that pulled her up and started to nudge her towards the stage. "No wait! Don't make me!" She pleaded as they pushed her onto the stage, almost causing her to trip and fall on her face. Meanwhile Adrien had reluctantly made his way towards the stage. Although he could've declined, he would never hear the end of it from his father if he had come across as rude at a public gathering. He told them reassuringly. However, his comment fell on deaf ears to both of them as they looked at the floor uncomfortably. "...or maybe not." He shrugged and sat on the floor near her, staying clear of the train on the dress. "I actually needed a girl's advice." She raised her brow quizzically. "Okay... what does the 'ladies man' need to know?" Referencing the most recent interview he did. "Oh, come on. I didn't expect them to keep that part in the interview." She giggled. "It was funny, I'm glad they kept it in." He flicked her exposed leg through the dress slit. "Okay, but I just had a question about Ladybug." Marinette swallowed hard at the mention of herself. She suddenly felt like she shouldn't be hearing this because she was Ladybug. "Okay, shoot it." He bit his lip, maybe unsure how to word it. "Well... I kinda tried to court her for at least the last 7 months. She didn't accept it, and I finally accepted that myself... but I guess my question is why she might not have wanted me. I'm sorry, I'm not even sure you could answer that... It just seems like Ladybug trusts you, so maybe she mentioned something to you?" -- Marinette Dupain-Cheng, a usually stubborn, headstrong girl, finally gives up on liking Adrien Agreste.
