Sinon's katana sliced effortlessly through Lord Xavier's chest. The blood didn't well so much as spray everywhere. She grimaced, the mess left behind after a kill was one of the worst parts of her job. "Gah!" he cried as the heavy man fell onto his back on the roses in the castle garden. They were immediately crushed beneath him. More blood flew from his mouth when he made impact. Some droplets hit Sinon's cheek but she stayed motionless as she stared at the fallen man with so much contempt in her eyes. It was only a flesh wound...for the moment. His eyes searched for her and when they landed on her, they were filled with tears. "Why?" he sputtered, shiny tears left tracks on the side of his face as the ran down, mingling with his blond hair. She sighed and sat on a nearby bench, crossing her right leg over her left. She faced him and finally let spoke. "Do you feel your body going numb? Your senses becoming dull?"
