The zombie apocalypse started in April. Hannah couldn't fathom how she was able to remember something so irrelevant, although when she has over a year of isolation from any other living human being it's startling as to how much detail and information one person can manage to reminisce. She was 15 years old when it began. Now, she was turning 17 and nothing had gotten better. If anything, everything had become harder. Our story begins with Ashlin. After waking up in a car wreck with no memories of her past and having no idea where she is, she's forced to find out what is going on by herself, because she finds she's utterly alone. She figures out real quick that the world is extremely dangerous, but she's in luck as someone finds her. This fiction is not perfect nor is it complete to my own specifications, but I am proud of it because it's the first novel I have completed since I started writing over five years ago. This novel took me less than a few months, so it is in no way close to being perfect. It is purely for fun and for enjoyment. If you came to criticize for it not being perfect then please leave.
