Brooklyn Jones is forced to transfer to Redwood High and leave her old life behind. And it becomes much worse when she encounters the school's very own bad boy, Ryder Coleman.

"You know you're sexy when you're mad." He smiles against my ear as he swiftly lets go of one of my wrists and holds them both with his left hand, whist his right hand travels all the way down my body before landing on my waist. Goosebumps shiver all over my body.

I can't fucking breathe.

I scoff. "And you're invading my personal space."

He smirks, "Don't act like you don't love it."

"I don't love-" I'm about to protest when Ryder bites down softly on my earlobe. I'm immediately cut short of my speech.

"Thought so." He whispers huskily and the more he has me like this, pressed against the wall, the more I feel myself melting away and giving into him. This is not good.

Just as I'm almost left begging for more contact, he breaks away from the warm embrace, and I could almost cry.

He winks and steps back a little. He shrugs his hands in the pockets of his jeans. "I wonder how your 'date' would feel about you getting it on outside with another guy."

[COMPLETED] Autumn Cross is now in 12th grade at her new school, Willington High, with only one goal in mind: passing the 12th grade and going to a good college. But her world changes when she meets Ryder Becker. Ryder Becker is one of the most popular boys in all of Willington High. I mean, all the boys want to be him and all the girls worship him. He could care less about grades because he knows that football is what's going to get him into a good college. But his carelessness in grades changes when he meets Autumn. Not only does Autumn get partnered up with Ryder for the biggest class project of the whole year, she also lives on the same street as him. In the beginning she thinks it's a total curse, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise... They both may pretend on the outside that they are fine, but truth be told, they are both broken. The way his smile doesn't match his sad eyes draws her towards him, and the scars and bruises on her skin draw him towards her. A cure for your sadness could be another person, right? Well put her broken pieces together with his, and you have cracked the code. Love could put their broken pieces back together. ----------------------------------- A sky full of stars and he was still staring at me. "Why are you staring like that?" I asked him. "You scare me, Autumn." Ryder admitted. "How come?" He looked down at the grass beneath us then back at me and gulped. "Because I want to tell you secrets I'm too scared to admit to myself." ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ 🤍I wrote this when I was around 13-14 (i'm 19 now) so some chapters may be cringy but I am too lazy to rewrite them, and still so many people enjoy this book and i'm truly grateful! But sorry in advance for scenes that may seem unrealistically cringe...I was young and naive. "I wouldn't mind watching you. Maybe we could tan together this summer." He suggested. "Without having tan lines." I could feel the smirk playing on his lips. I lightly slapped his chest. "Don't ruin my mood with your cockiness." "I think I made it a lot better." "Well, keep going and you'll have to deal with your boner yourself." I teased. "Why does it always come back to my boner?" He asked with a smile playing on his lips. "Because it's just so huge." I said absentmindedly. "Is it now?" He raised a brow at me. I stripped myself away from him and pouted as I folded my arms across my chest. "That's not what I was supposed to say." "Hmm," He nodded. "What were you supposed to say then?" "That it's just as annoying as you." I laughed. SUMMARY: After the death of her father, Blake moves in with her estranged mother and twin sister.
