Aiden Tomlinson has lived all his life with a straight forward plan. At age 28 he would be married, to a woman of nobility or economic standing, and in a couple of decades he would ascend to the throne to rule Amervia. It was a solid, straight plan until he actually fell in love.

Elliott Jeffers had lived his life on a slowly passing rebellion. As the youngest of 3 brothers, he had spent his time bringing San Francisco to its knees with his suburban youth. With his life staring to click into place with a good plan, business school then a career. He finally felt some sense of peace and understanding, until the day his parents died. Now he would have to start over in a new country, under his Aunt Casandra's roof with new faces, new customs and a new grip on life.
