Then there was Draco Malfoy. After the war, he became overcome with disgust at who he had become. The ministry of magic didn't arrest him because he was being forced to serve the dark lord. Instead, they gave him a chance. Do well in Hogwarts and we will offer you a position. Now Draco had changed. He was different.
