Everyone puts up a front, whether we realize it or not. Whenever you laugh at a bad joke, fake sympathy for someone else, or even compliment someone's hair just to get on their good side. These are all examples of people not being true to themselves, and as a result, putting up a front in order to please others. Unrequited is a story about a teenager named Cameron, who was just accepted into a prestigious school named Greentide High, on the recently built artificial island, Greentide. In a struggle to fit in using a smart and sarcastic front, he falls in love with the school's renowned beauty, Erina. However, just like everyone else attending this school, she has a secret that she feels is necessary to keep hidden from everyone around her...
