Lily Maxwell was sure of her future: she'd go to Boston University, enter some degree program once she made up her mind, graduate top of her class, fall in love, get married, have kids, and live a fulfilling life. The problem with her plan was the fact she was part of a Mystic Falls founding family, automatically gaining a target on her back when vampires came to town.
