As the sassy yet sarcastic teenage girl called, Emily Nightingale, entered her senior year of high school things were about to take a turn for the better, or as she thought was the worst.

Her life isn't perfect. Her parents are barely at home because of their business.Her older brother by three years, is a college dropout. And she's barely getting by life herself. But after her parents come home from a six month business trip, they get a sudden phone call from an old family friend, about a new hotel opening. Her parents thought this was the perfect publicity stunt for their new business deal. I mean who wouldn't love a family vacation?
