Somewhere in an alternate universe, for a few years, Dio was long gone, until an unknown source of power brings him back to life, along with new powers! Once he gains full control of these powers no one will be left alive. Only one certain stand user with a special ability is capable to stop this: A woman who doesn't even know what a stand is. 1 year after the Crusaders defeated Dio. Since SDC started in late '87 and ended in early '88, it's now early '89). The SPW Foundation sends Jōtarō and Polnareff out to find the arrows that awaken stands, as it's told in VA (I know it happens in the '90s but let's say the research started in '89 cause I didn't want too much time to have passed for the pain to be still high). So they re-take the trip, and get to Enya's hotel at some point. Jōtarō makes a very, very interesting discovery (he may or may not find out he can go BACK in time and not just stop it), Star is basically a child and things go down... for the better I hope ;) Title inspired by Kickstart My Heart by Mötley Crüe.
