New Anjelos, 1953. A man named Vince, who had just come home from WWII, becomes a detective. He is partnered with Detective Galloway, A man dedicated to his job, and knows the Ins and Outs of the city. They are put on the simple enough case of Martha Sylvette, a woman who had been murdered, however as the two detectives delve deeper into the mystery, they question everyone and everything as the true nature of the city is revealed
