Short Stories/Song Lyrics
This is mainly full of song lyrics. Sorry. I'm not creative enough to actually make short stories. There are, like, two chapters that are short stories, but that's it. TW: If you're easily disturbed by talk or mention of suicide, some chapters are not for you (i.e. My R, Her Last Words, Willow Tree). You may skip these chapters if you please. I've written 3 anonymous online journals so far in my life. The first was as an adolescent, ending when, at 19, I commenced a long term relationship in which my partner had an issue with me writing about my thoughts and feelings in case they were about her. I also had to cease my other creative outlet - drawing. Because she felt it's abstracted nature hid secret messages about her. The second started when that relationship was coming to an end. I needed an outlet. I had nobody to talk to about what I was going through so I secretly started writing again. This is that second journal, when I was around 25 years old, which I've taken from it's retired blogger page and have transferred here. Part of the reason I am doing this is because my daughter, who was very young at the time of writing this, has expressed some curiosity about my journal. One day when she's older and has more life experience it might be OK to see what I'm writing now, but in the meantime, she can read this, a moment in my life for which she was present but that she could not understand at the time.
The Prides of Evergreen: The Moose of Iceback Ridge
a transcription of a story i wrote in 5th grade, from an old notebook thats falling apart. the shower thought turned ambitious murder mystery xenofiction that spawned my current story, The Wolves of Evergreen just so you know, it is fairly directionless and will end in the middle of a sentence, but i still think its really cool and genuinely love the worldbuilding. i will likely incorporate some aspects of this such as the underground tunnels into TWoE Vocabulary: Hoopine - Deputy (like warrior cats) Nata - Healer Penglai - Guard. there are two per Pride Tabul - Apprentice (warrior cats) Neful - i think this is basically younger than tabul-age? Cetere - adult member of a Pride Naffe - sunbaked meat patty Kantash Strand - a grass strand in a woven bracelet, awarded for certain accomplishments. the more strands one has, the higher their rank Scataray - pickaxe Timays - idk i think its like dumplings or something i dont rememberComplete
