Mementos is the Palace for everyone's hearts. Sins, desires and the lust for power, all stems down to the depths that take the form of a high security prison imprisoning Shadow Selves and the will of the masses. Hidden amongst that prison is a cell that confines the most infamous and strongest criminal that even Mementos and reality itself, fears. Joker, whom taken the name Akira, escapes his cell, not knowing what is beyond the chains and jail bars of Mementos. Awoken to the foreign environment of Tokyo, Akira finds himself viewing a reality he has never seen before, a reality beyond red.
He meets some interesting humans who somehow have the same power he does. Can he adjust to his new life outside Mementos while also running away from Yaldabaoth who seeks Akira's powers for his own self gain?
Akira is stricken with a time limit that values the life of his human allies and himself.

In the aftermath of the scandal with Kamoshida in the classroom of Ren Amamiya (Joker) and Ann Takamaki (Panther) find an empty seat next to them within their classroom that once belong to one of Kamoshidas victims who had moved away during the aftermath. However as fate would decide, a new transfer student, You, the Voice of your own story, would arrive at Shujin and enter the class that day. Rumors of your appearance started to speculate as you only just 2 years ago started living in Japan after moving from your home country of the United States by yourself, being provided for a place to live in Yongen-Jaya, Shibuya. However in your 2 years of living in Japan, you were unable to attend any school due to a serious medical condition and have fallen behind your years as a second year student who had just turned 18. My Key Item (Joker X Futaba) Persona 5 Royal
After months of getting to know and love Futaba Sakura, knowing that she is the one he wants to spend the rest of his life with, it's all ripped away by one man. Takuto Maruki has decided that people cannot be allowed to think for themselves, and that they should never have to feel pain, well, unless you interfere with his plan. After being thoroughly trounced by the Phantom Thieves, Maruki makes one last ditch attempt to break the theives, and kills Futaba. In his blind rage, Akira Kurusu, otherwise known as Joker takes matters into his own hands, and stops the mad God in his tracks. Time reverts to its original self, with Akechi dead and gone and Maruki and Futaba alive and well, and Akira in Juvinile Detention. After being freed from prison, he finds out that something went wrong when the timeline was restored. Futaba knows him not as her lover, but merely as his friend. Now Akira must find a way to cope with this new life in Hometown, while trying to juggle the return of the Metaverse, and Futaba tries to find her way through the complex feelings she has for Joker, but can't quite explain, as well as the dreams that almost feel like memories. Will she push through and recover her memories and her love? Or will she and Akira both fade into the Mementos of what they have lost. I took a couple liberties with events and the Timeline, but overall, I stayed fairly close to the original game's story. This is a passion project that sprung to mind while driving, and now I'm hyperfixated... Welp, time to churn out a book. ENJOY READING IT!!
