Sadistic doctor vs stubborn woman

This is the war between sadistic doctor and his patient. The doctor have some kind of fetish when he like to watching woman suffering while giving birth. He like to hear woman screaming the baby out, the more screaming is better. One day a woman come to his clinic with huge belly, she is obviously in labor but she kind of strong woman who try to get along with the contraction.
