Anthus Mugridge, a 22 year old rogue who is avoiding bio war and attempting to survive the horrible threat against humanity in the wilderness of New Richmond, meet; Vervada, an ice dragon that was resurrected in the name of science, and was being used to fight in the war. Now they will travel through America trying to rid the world of this terrible plague humans have created.
