"Escaping Wonderland" is a poetry novel consisting of ninety poems written based on the author's life, derived from and inspired by the children's story "Alice Through The Looking Glass", or most commonly known as "Alice In Wonderland" (originally written by Lewis Carroll).
DISCLAIMER: The author of this book does NOT own or take ownership of "Alice in Wonderland" or any of its characters. The story was simply used as a theme for the novel.

This is a collection of poems with the construction of "six lines . " They were written daily during my summer of 2012/13 ( southern hemisphere ) when I was first participating on wattpad as a regular. I posted six poems everyday with a crazy challenge of writing a ridicules number of poems over a short period of time. All the poems are inspired by the Lewis Carroll's classic Alice in Wonderland one of the first books I read as a young person, in fact as a teen. Before the age of 12 years my reading skills where non-existent because of learning difficulties, so when I finally did read a whole book right through Alice was it. So Alice hold's a special place in my heart and soul because of this fact. I hope you enjoy the reading of this failed collection as I do not think I have actually finished this challenge. Jus like all the other story about Alice, she was just a normal girl. One day alice was sitting with her sister on the bank in there garden. She was bored and took a peek in your in the book her sister was read. The book had no picture nor no conversation, so Alice decided not to read it. Time pass and Alice just sat there until she saw a rabbit pass by in a hurry. So amuse Alice ran behind the rabbit. She looked around and saw no one, but she heard his voice. Alice then found the rabbit and he jumped into a rabbit hole, anxious as she was she jumped into the Rabbit-Hole. She found her self in a place called Wonderland.Concluida

There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment.
