Terrance was ugly. Silvermist was weird. And they were best friends. They had lived in the same orphanage, then fortunately adopted by families who lived in a neighborhood, and unfortunately became outcasts in their school. But they had tentatively peaceful lives, at least that was what they thought.
Until everything changed…
With full moon hanging on the night sky, Terrance was feeling like being tortured, physically, internally. He passed his night in pure ordeal. And when he opened his eyes in the morning… he couldn’t believe what he saw on his mirror. A gorgeous creature, which was himself!
The frantic Terrance called Silvermist to come straight to his room, hoping for reassurance that this was just a dream. But what he got was incessant refusals of entering guy’s room from her, which unwillingly reminded him of how she barely looked guys in the eyes, or how she avoided any touching with men, or how she stalled herself for even just talking to any males. Realization hit him. She wasn’t gay… was she?
The highly probable possibility perturbed him, not to forget the unfamiliar voice which kept howling and screaming, “Mate!” and not to mention the rushed heartbeats he got and the fact that he was now good-looking…
Days got weirder and weirder. He got terrors from unrecognizable figures, Silvermist fell for someone-he-didn’t-know-but-he-knew-it-wasn’t-him, and now he was being hunted and wanted, Live or Dead. Right now, the only thing that could help him survive was just fled… and got married…
What the hell happened actually? What was going on with him? Could he survive and reveal the mystery?

A genetically unique but emotionally lost teenager must figure out who she is within her mixed-up, warring world of Shifters and Wolfstalkers. ***** It wasn't Maddie's choice to be born a half-breed, half Shifter, half Wolfstalker -- a hunter of Shifters -- and it wasn't her choice to keep her identity a secret. But after trying to attend high school like any normal sixteen-year-old, things quickly spiral south when her Stalker uncle finds out about her and catapults her out of anonymity and into the awareness--or possibly the crosshairs--of The Order of the Wolfstalker.
