In 3022, A corrupt president, Demaskes Sullivan, rules what used to be Canada and is now known as Suvaskes.

Now, taxes are high as ever and everything is overpriced.
All teens now have to have full time jobs by the time they are sixteen.

A teen named, Carter, is now of age, and is beginning his job as a detective, along with his life long friend Justin. 

His first case is a small robbery, with an easy catch but he ends up meeting a friend from his old school and her other friend, who is... Strange. 

After an attack, Carter suspects that the government has 
something to do with it. But he isn't the only one who thinks so.
