every so often, the power goes out at Pepper's school. She doesn't think much of it; just the crappy power at her school. But she doesn't realize it means something important, until she begins to get notes. They're someone at the school, trying to warn her of what is coming in the near future. A power surge so big it would cause nation-wide chaos. During the power-surge, a certain group would strike, taking out people that are important to the country. Pepper can stop this. But how? She has personal life issues as well. Is this too much for her? She realizes that no matter what she does about this, one thing does not change.
