On an eerie night in early June, a video of a girl in red attempting to destroy a dam circulates around Forest View National Park. When the park officials fail to handle the security breach, Ian, an eighteen-year-old souvenir shop worker, takes things into his own hands. But what happens when rumors of a second girl arise, and their past tumbles down the hills of Berting, South Carolina?
