When Charity Adams, a single mother, gets an invite to help in a scientific study that will pay a great deal of money, she knows she must take the opportunity for the extra money. Not knowing what is in store, she decides to take the offer because she needs the money for her daughter that she raises solely on her own. 

        When she gets to a bus station where she meets four other applicants, Valkyrie, Caz, Fulton, and Ash, for the alleged "scientific study", they are all kidnapped. 

        To survive the journey ahead, Charity has to use not only her four fellow captives, but her strength and wit to escape their prison. Meanwhile while trying to escape, what will lie in store for these five people who will undergo-THE TEST- a series of events that will test not only their mental abilities, but their physical abilities, to an extent that may or may not lead to their downfall.
