This is my first time participating in NaNoWriMo, and I thought "what better way to enrich my Nano experience than to document everything that goes wrong?"
In this book, I will be making daily--not so daily-- updates throughout November documenting my progress, and my struggles as I attempt to write 50, 000 words in one month *internally screams*.

Before She Even Knows

Her mother died giving birth to her and her father never really cared, always working in his successful company. That's why she decides to go to a college away from home, something she's been dreaming of since she can remember. However, what happens when at her very first day on campus, she crosses path with Noah Allen? He is rich, popular, cold, rude and a player just to start with. No surprise she calls him Mr. Grumpy. What is driving her insane though is that he's only too cold when it comes to her. Add to that the fact that he is her roommates' childhood best friend and you can see drama from miles away. Noah claims to hate her ever since they met, and he doesn't mean her first day of college. He remembers her just fine from a couple of years ago and all the feelings are back. He knows she doesn't remember him and he'll use this as his leverage to do what he has to do. It's what he promised his father and himself, even if it means he has to pretend to care for her. All he cares is his family business. At least it's what he tells himself, until the feelings start getting too mixed and he ends up thinking of her more than he should. Maybe it's not all about business after all. Illogies Un
A few seasons ago, I participated in NaNoWriMo with the goal of writing a story a day for the entire month of November. I was able to do this and ended up with well over 50,000 words for the month. This book ended up with around 43K words, but it is missing a few stories. I didn't want to put anything that goes with "Pearls of the Mother" in the "Illogies." Each day I sat down to write, I had a different mood or something else I was thinking about, and I let that guide my writing process. I think a couple of these may end up with follow-on stories or maybe even books of their own. I hope you enjoy these; I know I do.Abgeschlossene Geschichte

Creator: Friend or Foe?
This story began as a NaNoWriMo 2012 work, with no planning, and even less idea of plot. I learned from that experience that I am not a 'pantser' -and spent about 20 painful months trying to turn my stream-of-consciousness 3-stories-in-one into one coherent novel, following the timeline and events in the Book of Genesis. I discovered that that is not a great way to build a plot. I ended after 5 more drafts, at about 60k words. There is another draft on my blog, slightly longer, a bit more experimental. This is only meant to be a marker of progress. I hope some may find it enjoyable, useful, and even helpful. The Hawaiian Special Forces
This is the story I'm writing for NaNoWriMo 2015. The goal: 50,000 word RAW draft written entirely in the month of November. Unlike most of my stories, which I prefer to edit before posting, I'm actually going to post updates to this at the end of each day in chapter-sized chunks. The idea behind this story is that a terrorist attack in the near future causes the US to go hyper-isolationist, to the point that it abandons Hawaii and Alaska to fend for themselves. They do, forming the United Pacific States (maybe with a few other island countries). Hawaii then goes on to turn itself into the new world police with stealthy, genetically modified cyber-soldiers. I'm marking this story as mature because there will be action scenes, and probably some interesting perspectives on nudity and relationships. I'm not planning on anything explicit, but this won't be a kids book. Validated winner at 50,040 words!Abgeschlossene Geschichte

[COMPLETED] Autumn Cross is now in 12th grade at her new school, Willington High, with only one goal in mind: passing the 12th grade and going to a good college. But her world changes when she meets Ryder Becker. Ryder Becker is one of the most popular boys in all of Willington High. I mean, all the boys want to be him and all the girls worship him. He could care less about grades because he knows that football is what's going to get him into a good college. But his carelessness in grades changes when he meets Autumn. Not only does Autumn get partnered up with Ryder for the biggest class project of the whole year, she also lives on the same street as him. In the beginning she thinks it's a total curse, but maybe it's a blessing in disguise... They both may pretend on the outside that they are fine, but truth be told, they are both broken. The way his smile doesn't match his sad eyes draws her towards him, and the scars and bruises on her skin draw him towards her. A cure for your sadness could be another person, right? Well put her broken pieces together with his, and you have cracked the code. Love could put their broken pieces back together. ----------------------------------- A sky full of stars and he was still staring at me. "Why are you staring like that?" I asked him. "You scare me, Autumn." Ryder admitted. "How come?" He looked down at the grass beneath us then back at me and gulped. He has average looks, he is OK with sports, and his only strong point is that he is smart (although that doesn't mean much to his fellow classmates). And, of course, his virgin ass has never had a girlfriend, let alone a crush. It seemed as if he would never find someone. That was until he met her, Scarlett Hale. She was the most beautiful girl you will ever meet. Kind, sweet, and one of the few people with a higher GPA then him, she was amazing and Aiden imagined that she would be all his. Once Aiden gets rid of her boyfriend, Aaron Tyler. The most annoying guy you will ever meet, Aiden gags just thinking about him. The man is smoking hot and makes Aiden's dreams of getting the girl to seem very impossible. So what would happen if Aiden gets involved with the wrong person? Will Aiden get the girl? Will he fall short? Or will he fall into the arms of a guy who is in love with the girl he loves? _______________________________________ WARNING: First book EVER! The best part about this book is that it has some funny bits and introduces you to characters I use for a while.
