Choosing You

Kennedy, don't call me Ken, had to grow up much faster than other kids do. Her mother is an alcoholic pill-popper, also known as the town slut. Kennedy gets as far away from her mom as possible when she goes to college. This is where Kennedy comes to realize that her world can be so much more than her mom.
She discovers that people aren't all bad and she learns to trust when she never thought she would be able to trust anyone.
When she meets Tate at her first college party, there's an instant connection between them. But her rival from back home, Chance, decided to go to the same school as Kennedy and they start to realize they may have different feelings for each other than hatred.
