Another Quarter Quell has arrived! This year, the Quell demands something that the Districts have never done... Tributes from all over Panem are being taken to the Capitol for the 78th Annual Hunger Games - a normal Games, or so the tributes think. As soon as they arrive in the Capitol, though, before they are even brought to their rooms, they are wheeled into a small room. They are alone. Except for a camera, and a piece of paper telling them to explain their fondest memory, and their worst. As soon as they finish, they are wheeled to another room, this one filled with people and machinery and medicine. Here, a new experimental program, Tabula Rasa, will be performed on them.
