Our tongues- known as powerful weapons can bring life as well as destroy life. Our tongues have the ability to build others up as well as to tear them down.

How are we Christians using our tongues?
Are we glorifying God with it? Are we blessing others with it? How are we actually controlling it?

This book is written (as I'm myself learning and discovering more about this topic) to take a close look at the words we are speaking in our surroundings- our homes, on the job, at church and so on to see if they line up with God's word.

Adding to that,we are going to consider the importance of watching over our tongues as well as the benefits that keeping quiet brings to our lives.

[There have been some people asking about that so I'm clarifying this here:
THIS BOOK IS NOT TALKING ABOUT KEEPING QUIET OVER THINGS THAT SHOULD BE SPOKEN SUCH AS ANY KIND OF ABUSE OR SIMILAR THINGS. THIS IS CLEARLY A CHRISTIAN-RELATED BOOK-SPEAKING ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF KEEP QUIET AS A CHRISTIAN TO AVOID GETTING INTO ARGUMENTS AND TO BE ABLE TO GROW SPIRITUALLY-SO PLEASE DO NOT HAVE ANY MISUNDERSTANDING ABOUT THIS.
REGARDS~

ONCE my mom told me that we, as humans, only fear what we do not know and that that is the sole reason for violence. We do not know what is to come of something, so in retaliation we immediately fight it off before we can ever find out; before we can ever see if there is any beauty in it. My mom is gone now. Along with any sanity we as a people have left. The year is 2193, and the world is at war. We, humans, are at war with each other only because of what we are and what we can do. We fear what we do not know, thus all we know is ignorance. The government, our democracy, our people and our world have fallen. Nothing good ever comes from being afraid of the abnormalities of others, especially when those abnormalities are amazing. The truth is, none of us are normal. Everyone's definition of normality is different, making it humanly impossible for anyone to ever accomplish the craved label of "normal". Then again, everything we have grown capable of was once described as humanly impossible. By those standards none of us are human. Not even me. A U T H O R ' S N O T E : This book is completed and there will be a second book coming out sometime next year, most likely in the summer. Please excuse any grammar issues or misspellings I have. I hope there are not many, but please consider I do all of the editing myself. Also this is a revised edition of Incapable - Book I: The Fallen. I think I have made it much better than the original story I wrote in the summer of this year and posted only a few months ago. I hope you enjoy! Happy reading. Xoxo, Miquéla P.S. Inside you will find a mixture of both, extremely RAW and refreshingly HEALING accounts of my personal war with my past. Unfortunately, Childhood sexual abuse is far too common, and many of share similar experiences. Looking back, what I could have used more than anything was someone to tell me "You're not alone, there is a lightness through the darkness, you can heal from this and most importantly don't EVER stop telling your story to make others comfortable". I've learned that silence is the best weapon for a predator, and I for one, have never been really good at doing what I'm told. I don't intend on starting now. I wear my scar as reminder that I hold the power in my own story, it is mine to tell and I won't make myself sick keeping quiet because my truths are hard to swallow, other people's comfort is not my problem. My Goal is rather simple, to let the readers know, they too are not alone. If you are a survivor, even if you still feel like a victim, this is my personal message to you. "You are strong, and it wasn't your fault. Tell someone... tell anyone...tell everyone... We shift from victims to survivors when we speak up and tell our stories. There's nothing wrong with you, and the light will shine again. The longer you sit in silence the more power your abuser still holds over you, wipe your face warrior, because there's a lion right inside of you, DONT EVER GIVE UP!" *This story is FULL of TRIGGERS, please be careful reading if triggers are hard for you, your mental health matters* *I own all the Rights to all parts of this book*
