Our tongues- known as powerful weapons can bring life as well as destroy life. Our tongues have the ability to build others up as well as to tear them down.
How are we Christians using our tongues?
Are we glorifying God with it? Are we blessing others with it? How are we actually controlling it?
This book is written (as I'm myself learning and discovering more about this topic) to take a close look at the words we are speaking in our surroundings- our homes, on the job, at church and so on to see if they line up with God's word.
Adding to that,we are going to consider the importance of watching over our tongues as well as the benefits that keeping quiet brings to our lives.

Hello, I am writing this book to show how much I love my partner of two years. I want to get back into starting fresh by rebranding myself to become a woman of god. I will also be discussing my journey from unholy to godly. "I'm not okay!" I yelled at him. "Okay?! I'm not okay." My chest rose up and down as I breathed heavily. It had been years since I had a break down, and I wasn't going to have one right now. "It's okay not to be okay," he whispered, walking closer to me. He caressed my cheek, trying to sooth me. I stared at him, pain filled my eyes. I was trying hard not to cry. I couldn't cry. That's not what I did. "It's okay to cry," he comforted. His eyes stared so hard into mine I felt like he was seeing into my soul. "Crying shows weakness, and I'm not weak," I told him, swallowing hard. "Sometimes crying is the strongest thing you can do. It just shows everyone else that you're just as human as they are." It's Okay to Use Your Big Girl Voice
