Sherlock Holmes has returned almost to his old habits of smoking and isolation but a woman and a baby's mysterious appearance on Baker Street prompts Sherlock to solve one of his most challenging cases so far. One the most extraordinary puzzles the consulting detective has ever come across pushes him to make life changing decisions affecting the ones close to him whilst reuniting with old connections along the way.
