Ezlo's Apprentice

Before the great Wind Mage, before the curse upon the land of Hyrule, before the dark intentions of an apprentice... there was but an innocent Minish child.
Something had to make him into the villain he became. Something had to drive him into his madness. Something had give him no other choice. But what was it?
Was it his master? His nature? His loneliness? His weakness? His torment?
Perhaps it was simply a perfect storm...
But where did it all begin?

This is my idea of how Vaati came to be, starting from the very moment he became Ezlo's Apprentice.
