Ella the Mermaid has always dreamed of swimming to the surface and seeing the land above but, with her small tail fin it isn't as simple as it may seem. To make things worse all the creatures of the sea laugh at Ella when she tells them of her plan. She knows it will be difficult especially with the blue shark out to eat all the sea creatures.
